No, the current list price is the rental rate for that property.
Short-term leases can be considered on a case-by-case basis. Prices and additional charges may apply.
Residents are responsible for setting up the electric, water, natural gas services, and any other utilities. All utilities must be turned on prior to move in.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. There is a maximum of 2 pets per home. There is a one-time nonrefundable pet deposit fee and a monthly fee per pet per month. We use PetScreening.com to ensure all applicants adhere to our pet and animal policies. Monthly fees are determined by each pet’s individual profile on PetScreening.com.
