The age requirement for our competitively priced homes requires you to be at least 18 years old to apply for any of our single family rental properties.
No, the current list price is the rental rate for that property.
Short-term leases can be considered on a case-by-case basis. Prices and additional charges may apply.
Residents are responsible for setting up the electric, water, natural gas services, and any other utilities. All utilities must be turned on prior to move in.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. maximum 2 pets per home. there is a one time non refundable pet deposit fee and a monthly pet fee of $25 per pet per month. we use a pet screening third party service to ensure all applicants adhere to our pet and animal policies.
Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm.
