Non-Personal Information

RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

UPDATING OR REMOVING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Please note that in certain circumstances, we may not be able to completely remove Your Information from our systems. For example, we may retain a User’s personal information for legitimate business purposes, if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, for account recovery purposes, if required by law or as retained in our data backup systems or cached or archived pages. All retained personally identifiable information will continue to be subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy to which the You have previously agreed.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION THROUGH BUSINESS TRANSFERS

We may buy, merge, or partner with other companies or businesses and in so doing, acquire or transfer information. Your Information collected through the Site may be among the transferred business assets. In the event that a portion or substantially all of our assets are sold or transferred to a third party, Your Information would likely be a transferred business asset, and you hereby agree to such a transfer.

The Site is hosted in the United States and is governed by United States law. NO CHILDREN

This Site is not for use by those under the age of 13. Any information we receive from users we believe to be under the age of 13 will be purged from our database.

This means that We may have received some kind of benefit in return for sharing personal information, but not necessarily a monetary benefit.

Exercising Your CCPA Data Protection Rights

Only You, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that You authorize to act on Your behalf, may make a verifiable request related to Your personal information.

  • Describe Your request with sufficient detail that allows Us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it

We cannot respond to Your request or provide You with the required information if We cannot:

  • And confirm that the personal information relates to You

We will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving Your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and with prior notice.

Any disclosures We provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable request’s receipt.

For data portability requests, We will select a format to provide Your personal information that is readily useable and should allow You to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

You have the right to opt-out of the sale of Your personal information. Once We receive and confirm a verifiable consumer request from You, we will stop selling Your personal information. To exercise Your right to opt-out, please contact Us.

“Do Not Track” Policy as Required by California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

Our Site supports Do Not Track settings. If you enable Do Not Track privacy settings in the browser you are using, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to stop collecting the information that allows us to tailor the Sites to User preferences based on User’s recent use of the Sites or services. Consequently, we will not store or use information about any other websites you visit, other than our Sites.

In order for Us to respond to certain requests made under this section, you will need to (a) provide us with certain pieces of your personal information (which we will match against what we have in our records) and (b) complete our identity verification process. Authorized agents can make a request on your behalf if you provide us with a valid legal power of attorney and a form of government issued identification for both the requester and authorized agent. In certain circumstances, we may decline a request to exercise the right to know, access, correct, or delete, particularly where we are unable to verify your identity or locate your information in our systems, or as permitted by law.

NEVADA

The Nevada Privacy Law provides residents of the state of Nevada with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your rights and explains how to exercise those rights.

You have the right to direct us to not sell your personal information we have collected or will collect at any time (the “right to opt-out”). The categories of covered information we collect are as follows:

  • your first and last name;
  • your home or other physical address which includes the name of a street and the name of a city or town;
  • your electronic mail address;
  • your telephone number;
  • your social security number;
  • an identifier that allows you to be contacted either physically or online; and
  • any other information concerning you collected from your through the Website or an online service in combination with an identifier in a form that makes the information personally identifiable.

We endeavor to respond to an opt-out request by Nevada residents within sixty (60) days of its receipt. If we reasonably believe we require more time (up to 30 days), we will inform you of the extension period in writing.
